Ohio Watercolor Society Exhibit 2017


Come into the color. Escape the grey "meh" of winter and soak up the color from the best watercolorists in our fine state. This tradition continues from some of the most colorful and accomplished watercolor artists in Ohio and the states surrounding. This prestigious exhibit features approximately forty lush, professional paintings visiting us for a short time. Most of these works are for sale and this exhibit's the opportunity to add quality work to your collection or as the perfect gift. Free, public opening reception on February 11 from 1–5 p.m. Free refreshments, cash bar and featuring live music by Jimmy Solo of Edgerton, Ohio.


Jimmy (Holbrook) Solo is a versatile area musician who has been playing the region for many year. He is the lead member of the Holbrook Bros.Band who have performed for Wassenberg Art Center events such as Town Creek Live and our 2016 Farmers' Markets. He is equally comfortable with solo or group performances and his rich, bluesy voice and keen guitar skills will provide the perfect backdrop to the the rich colors of some of the best watercolorists in the country.
